Shipping

Shipping costs are based on the country of delivery and are charged per order.

From 200 Euro value of goods (Germany), we take over the shipping costs. For EU countries from 500 Euro value of goods.

In the case of deliveries outside of Germany, further costs may arise upon import into a third country (customs duties, possible customs fees and import turnover taxes). These other costs should be paid by the customer.

Delivery

We take care of your order during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

Our delivery time information does not include a fixed transaction with a guaranteed date.

If we are obliged to payment in advance, the delivery period shall commence on the day after conclusion of the contract.

If payment in advance is agreed, you first issue a payment order to your payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, credit institution). The delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to your payment service provider. However, if the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a state-recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall be decisive for the end of the period.
